There are some tunes that grab you for the moment but then slip away over time. And then there are some tunes that stay with you forever. One that is destined to fall into that category is Psychedelic Drainpipe. And two that are already firmly ensconced well within are Don’t Follow and Ventura. Timeless pieces of drum and bass creativity; they should be part of any drum and bass collection. My mood nowadays is of a more mixed nature, perhaps due to the topsy-turvy weather, and I think this mix reflects that. At any rate, enjoy the mix!

This week I bring to you a healthy little mix of a couple of grooves in drum and bass, couple of jungle tunes, lots of liquid, and some techie things to spice it up. Body Control is a nice starter tune because of its driving beats; this one should get you up out your seat. Also threw in a little Makoto later in the mix to enliven it up again; haven’t played Makoto for a while but love that happy feeling. Ditto for Everybody Loves the Sunshine and Just One Second.
