Also threw in a little Makoto later in the mix to enliven it up again; haven’t played Makoto for a while but love that happy feeling. Ditto for Everybody Loves the Sunshine and Just One Second. Note the second Redeyes tune (with Random Movement, another track burner upper), How Many Ways, for it’s lyrical treatise in drum and bass. Also threw in an oldie but goodie from the Hungarian homeboy SKC, Dream Come True, as well as some new business involving Chris Su. If you like your drum and bass a little on the atmospheric side, check out both these producers as they are certainly the masters of the genre.

As you can see, the winds weren’t on my side. At any rate, this mix is done and with it comes some gems from the past which I happened to stumble upon recently in the local record bin. Among them are three from Love Recordings, Aint No Other Man, One Thing, and Galvanize, all remixes from another genre of music. Somehow these tunes just absolutely rock. Big ups to the producers of these remixes. Silver’s Superstar is a fabulous white label tune that just kills it and London Elektricity is back tearing it up again as well with Southeastern Dream. I’ve thrown in some hits you will recognize, too, because I am just feeling good that the winds have indeed brought some change to my life. I’m feeling good, hehe.
